It would be nice to display an informational disclaimer, including all the specific network purposes which someone has to accept BEFORE his registration in the WiND database.

For example, if a WiND snapshot represents a network that doesn't accept commercial nodes it must be clearly written in the disclaimer which someone has to accept to proceed with the registration of his node.
